Michelle C. Le

Attorney

With a decade of experience in property insurance litigation, Michelle focuses her practice on insurance recovery litigation by representing commercial and residential property owners in claims related disputes with their insurance companies. These cases are commonly referred to as first party insurance disputes. Michelle also practices in the areas of business interruption and contract drafting and disputes. Michelle is licensed to practice law in Texas, Colorado, Kansas, and Mississippi.


In 2012, Michelle began her legal career in Tupelo, Mississippi after obtaining her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Washburn University School of Law (Topeka, KS). Michelle and her family shortly thereafter moved to San Antonio, Texas where in 2013, she began her focus on insurance litigation while working for a mid-sized civil litigation firm. In 2017, she established the Law Offices of Michelle C. Le, PLLC so that she could better serve property owners dealing with insurance disputes across Texas and Mississippi by giving her clients the personal attention they deserve throughout the litigation process. She has since expanded her firm into Colorado and Kansas. In 2020, Michelle joined as Of Counsel with the law firm Graybill & Hazlewood, LLC related to her Kansas practice.


Michelle has four children with her husband Brian. In her spare time, she is committed to her family and community through stewardship and other volunteer activities. Michelle considers herself a foodie; she loves traveling and trying new restaurants and foods, and she especially enjoys baking with her children.

Brian Le

Marketing & Business Operations

As a graduate from Wichita State University (2007), Brian began his finance career in aircraft manufacturing supporting Supply Chain and Planning organizations to forecast restructured supplier contracts and provide financial insight into growth potential after the major recession in 2008.


In 2012, Brian and Michelle moved to Texas where he transitioned to Project leadership positions within the Oil and Gas industry, providing Financial insight into project planning and execution strategies while also developing cost control initiatives to better serve clients.


In 2017, Brian helped Michelle develop her business plan to establish the Law Offices of Michelle C. Le, focusing on better serving our clients needs by giving the personal attention they deserve to successfully provide the best possible outcome to their legal needs.
